Variable-Frequency & Adjustable-Speed Drives (VFD)

A variable frequency drive (VFD) is a type of motor controller that drives an electric motor by varying the frequency and voltage of its power supply. The VFD also has the capacity to control ramp-up and ramp-down of the motor during start or stop, respectively.

Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)

A programmable logic controller (PLC) or programmable controller is an industrial digital computer which has been ruggedized and adapted for the control of manufacturing processes, such as assembly lines, or robotic devices, or any activity that requires high reliability control and ease of programming and process.

Control Panel

A control panel is a flat, often vertical, area where control or monitoring instruments are displayed or it is an enclosed unit that is the part of a system that users can access, such as the control panel of a security system (also called control unit).

Human-Machine Interface (HMI)

A Human-Machine Interface (HMI) is a user interface or dashboard that connects a person to a machine, system, or device. While the term can technically be applied to any screen that allows a user to interact with a device, HMI is most commonly used in the context of an industrial process

Integrated Motion Control

Integrated Motion Control encompassing the systems or sub-systems involved in moving parts of machines in a controlled manner. The main components involved typically include a motion controller, an energy amplifier, and one or more prime movers or actuators. Motion control may be open loop or closed loop

Industrial Automation Sensors

Industrial Automation Sensors are input devices which provide an output (signal) with respect to a specific physical quantity (input). Sensors used in Automation: In the industrial automation, sensors play a vital part to make the products intellectual and exceptionally automatic.

SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition)

A SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) is an automation control system that is used in industries such as energy, oil and gas, water, power, and many more. … These points represent a single input or output value that is monitored or controlled by the SCADA system in the centralized control room.

Servo Drive

A servo drive is a special electronic amplifier used to power electric servomechanisms. A servo drive monitors the feedback signal from the servomechanism and continually adjusts for deviation from expected behavior
