Description

The EM AM04 module offers four analog input channels with 12-bit resolution. It supports both voltage (0–10 V) and current (4–20 mA) input signals, making it suitable for a wide range of process monitoring tasks such as temperature, flow, and pressure sensing. Each channel is isolated, ensuring noise immunity and safe operation in industrial environments. Input types are configurable per channel. AM04 is widely used in process industries, HVAC systems, and laboratory applications where precise signal acquisition is required. Setup is performed in STEP 7 Micro/WIN SMART, where signal type, scaling, and diagnostics can be configured. The module mounts on a DIN rail and connects directly to the CPU.
