Description

The Siemens SR40 is a relay-output PLC with a larger I/O count and expanded communication options. It includes 24 digital inputs and 16 relay outputs, offering robust control for systems involving a mix of sensors and AC output loads. It features both RS-485 and Ethernet (PROFINET) ports, allowing for seamless network communication with HMIs, SCADA, and other PLCs. Operating on 220 VAC, SR40 is built for mid-range automation needs such as conveyor control, batch mixing, and process monitoring.
